International Sales, Shipping, & Liability Terms
By completing a purchase on this website, you (the Buyer) expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms:
- International Shipping & DDU Status: All orders are dispatched from Australia. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, all international shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Product prices and shipping fees calculated at checkout are strictly exclusive of local destination taxes, country-specific VAT, import tariffs, and carrier brokerage fees.
- Customs, Duties, & Import Fees: The buyer assumes sole financial and legal liability for all import clearance fees, local consumption taxes, and customs duties levied by the destination country. Furthermore, the destination carrier may charge a non-refundable administrative or handling fee to process customs clearance. These fees are determined entirely by your local authorities and carriers and are completely outside our control.
- Refusal of Delivery & Package Abandonment: If a shipment is refused by the recipient due to unpaid local fees, or if a package remains unclaimed at a local post office, the carrier may return the package to us or destroy it. In the event of a refusal or abandonment, any return shipping costs, storage fees, or customs penalties charged to our store will be deducted from any eligible product refund. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Currency & Exchange Rates: All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, conversion discrepancies, or exchange rate fluctuations charged by your bank or credit card processor.
- Risk of Loss & Delivery Accuracy: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. The buyer is entirely responsible for providing an accurate, safe, and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to incorrect input data.
- Compliance with Local Laws: By purchasing our products, you warrant that the ordered items can be legally imported into your destination country. We are not liable for items seized, delayed, or destroyed by foreign customs authorities due to local import restrictions.
Import Duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and Customs Notice
By completing a purchase for delivery outside of Australia, you (the Buyer) acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding international transit and customs clearance:

Buyer Financial Responsibility: The buyer assumes sole financial liability for all Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, and statutory import fees levied by the destination country's customs authority or postal service.

Mandatory Carrier Clearance Fees: In addition to local tax rates, the destination carrier (e.g., local postal services, DHL, FedEx) will charge a non-refundable administrative or handling fee to process customs clearance. These fees are set by the carrier and are completely outside our control.

Refusal of Delivery and Abandonment: If an international shipment is refused by the recipient due to unpaid VAT, duties, or carrier handling fees, the package may be returned to us or destroyed by customs. In the event of a refusal, any return shipping costs, storage fees, or customs penalties charged to our store will be deducted from your final product refund. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
